We recommend bringing your own vehicle, but Uber is available. - All utilities included in the rent price - Pets are allowed with a one-time $250 pet fee. - Can lease between 30-180 days - Security deposit: $750 - $250 one-time cleaning fee - No tampering with the router, ring camera, or smart lock. - Smoking is permitted outdoors provided that all exterior doors and windows are closed and butts are disposed of in a non-flammable container. A fee of $250 will be assessed if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
