The space available is the lower half of the house (which is private). It's fully furnished and has a private entrance! Laundry is shared and is located upstairs. Utilities are included (with a cap). The hot tub isn't running yet, but will hopefully be going this winter (fingers crossed). Please be very respectful and clean. Pets are allowed for an additional fee and must be extremely well behaved. Lease will be month to month, but will max out around 4 months. Enjoy the incredible views, balcony, and extremely close access to Lory State Park. About myself: I'm a young professional (36) who loves the outdoors and stays very active. On the weekends I'm usually mountain biking or drinking beer with friends. My partner and I are gone a lot, so it will be very quiet most of the time. We do have a cat, but he's pretty lazy and lays around most of the day. Please let me know if you're interested and think it's a good fit. No smokers please. Utilities are included but have a cap to prevent excessive waste. Animals are welcome for an additional fee, but must be extremely well behaved.
