Five Oaks Cottage is a fully-furnished, pet friendly, monthly rental (30 days-180 days) with all utilities included. Our home is in a residential neighborhood on the north side of Greenville, SC in the Sans Souci/Cherrydale area, convenient both to downtown Greenville and Traveler's Rest. The cottage is a cozy, comfortable, newly redecorated 2/1 home only 7 minutes (3 miles) from both Furman University and Downtown Greenville. We are also only 9 minutes from Paris Mountain State Park. The large back porch, complete with porch swing, overlooks a fully fenced-in backyard with a brand new 6' privacy fence, perfect for pets. It is truly a sweet little oasis, complete with fire pit and dining table, where you can sit a spell and enjoy the evening breeze. Upon entering the home, you will find a cozy living room, set-up to facilitate conversation with those you love. You will pass through the dining room with large French doors overlooking the back porch and back yard on your way to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen with an island, ready for homemade meals and time spent with family. All appliances are stainless steel and the refrigerator has French doors with freezer on the bottom. The laundry, with 3 large windows, letting in beautiful sunlight and yet another view of the backyard, is just off the kitchen. On the other side of the house, you will find 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds and comfortable, serene decor. The bathroom has a fully tiled walk-in shower along with decent storage under the bathroom sink as well as a built-in shelf. Again, our yard is fully fenced, and we are pet friendly with a $250 pet fee ($100 per additional pet). Welcome to your home away from home! - Monthly rental of 30-180 days. - All utilities are included. - No smoking allowed. - Small pets (Maximum of 2 dogs, up to 45 pounds each) permitted with $250 non-refundable pet fee and additional $100 for 2nd pet. - $750 refundable security deposit.
