Views of the water and walking distance to a neighborhood pier with kayak launch. Close to OSO restaurant & bar where live music is heard weekly. This location is quiet and peaceful yet still conveniently located for access to the beach, water, restaurants, shopping, and the historic Flora-Bama beach bar. The spacious yard and large concrete driveway allow for plenty of parking at the house for vehicles and boats. The 1st bedroom has a queen and 2 twin beds, with a tub/shower full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. A second full bathroom is located adjacent to living room. There is a pull-out-couch / sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have a TV and there is high speed internet (fiber optic) which is great for streaming and business. House is air conditioned and heated. Back patio has a gas grill. Rental is priced as a furnished month to month lease. 1-month-only rentals during the high season (May - October) will be at $3,200/month. Anything 2 months or longer will be charged at standard $2,800 rate. 1 year unfurnished rate will be at $2,300/month (tenant pays bills.) 1 mile to OSO 2.8 miles to SAMS bait and tackle 5.7 miles to Publix 6.3 miles to Orange Beach Boat Ramp 9.8 miles to Flora Bama All bills, utilities, and internet are included in monthly rate (owner pays them.) 1 dog allowed maximum 20lb with refundable pet deposit of $250.
