Welcome to our quiet family stay on Pansy Street! Our home sleeps 8 & offers a full kitchen, laundry, & a gorgeous outdoor space. The main floor features a sitting area, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry, primary guest room w/ an en-suite, & a half bath. The fully fenced yard has a BBQ, fire pit, & plenty of seating. Upstairs has a bathroom, kid's room w/ bunk beds & smart TV, & a guest room w/ a king-size bed & smart TV. Utilites are $300. A non-refundable animal fee of $350. - No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property. - Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties and/or events are not allowed in this home. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit. - As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. A full lease agreement is required prior to door codes being provided.
