Sonata Shores is a newly remodeled and fully furnished 4-bedroom, 3-bath beach house in a quiet neighborhood with a community dock and pool. It's just 100 yards from the sound and a short walk to Navarre Beach. The main level has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a king bed and 55' TV. The attached bathroom is outfitted with a shower and new freestanding soaking tub. The ground floor has a master suite as well with a king bed. There's a living area and kitchenette there also. We've tried to outfit the place so you can fully enjoy life at the beach. Enjoy using the stand-up paddle board, beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, spike ball, lifejackets, wetsuits, and propane grill. Our family lived in this house for three years and absolutely loved it. It was probably more fun in the fall / winter than in the heat of summer. The published rent is valid through the end of February 2024 and negotiable after that. Please let me know if you have any questions. Owner pays for all utilities including high-speed internet. Ideally, we're looking for someone who wants to rent for 3-6 months.
