Welcome to our beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the heart of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, that sleeps 12! This modern and well-appointed home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay during their visit to our charming lakeside town. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by the bright and airy living room, with plush couches, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware to whip up delicious meals during your stay. One of the best features of our home is the open basement, which is the perfect spot for kids to make themselves at home. With plenty of space to play, comfortable seating, and a variety of games and toys available, your little ones will have a blast while you relax upstairs. Upstairs, you'll find three cozy and comfortable bedrooms, each with its unique charm and theme! The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed + TV, while the other two bedrooms have a queen bed. Outside, you can relax in the backyard, enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, or take a short walk exploring nearby parks and downtown. Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood but is just a short bike ride or drive from all the shops, restaurants, and attractions downtown Coeur d'Alene offers. We know you'll love staying in our beautiful home, and we can't wait to welcome you to Coeur d'Alene! Main Level: Living Room Kitchen - well stocked to cook Guest Room #1 - Queen Bed - TV - Sleeps 2 Guest Room #2 - Queen Bed - Sleeps 2 Guest Room #3 - Queen Bed - Sleeps 2 Bathroom - Tub/Shower combo Lower level Open area for kids to make themselves at home! Bunk Bed #1 - Twin over a full - sleeps 3 Bunk Bed #2 - Twin over a full - sleeps 3 Couch + big pillow, TV, game area Bathroom/Laundry - Tub/shower combo Outside Fire pit Table and chairs BBQ Outdoor games Utilities are included in rent total. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $500. There is also a cleaning fee of $460. No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property. Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties and/or events are not allowed in this home. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit. As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. We do have a full lease contract that is required to be signed prior to move in.
