Down the street from an Elementary School where kids can play outside or ride bikes around. Owner pays utilities, including internet/Wi-Fi. There is a one time cleaning fee of $500. - No animals are allowed on the premises. If animals are permitted on the premises, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damaged caused by animal including but not limited to: stains, odor remediation, and removal and replacement of damaged property. - No smoking is allowed on the premises. If smoking does occur on the premises, Guest may be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property. - Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties and/or events are not allowed in this home. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit. - As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. A full lease agreement is required prior to door codes being provided.
