This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home. It has hardwood flooring. It is in has a fenced yard and 2 car garage. The home has ceiling fans, has a recently remodeled kitchen and bath. This home comes with A/C, refrigerator, and stove. The basement is waterproofed and it has new windows. There are washer and dryer hookups in the home, both gas and electric for the dryer. Tenants are responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal. No smoking is allowed inside the residence. We do not accept Section 8 or tenants with prior evictions. For our application process we do background checks, income verification (look for monthly income 2.5 times rent amount), rental references and don't allow smoking in the home. We don't allow some breeds of dogs, are hesitant about cats and have pet limit of two. Each pet is allowed with approval and requires a $300 pet fee. We require the application to be filled out prior to setting up a showing because a tenant is present and we do not want to bother them unnecessarily.
