Newly remodeled 2 bedroom/1bath home. Nice sized deck in the backyard. Washer and dryer hookups. Tenants pay all utilities including water and reclamation. Minimum Gross income is $3,000.00 per month. First months rent of $1,000 and $1,000 Security Deposit ($2,000.00) due at lease signing. No smoking and no pets allowed. Anyone residing in the property that is over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application and provide a separate non-refundable $40.00 application fee. Proof of income (i.e., last 2 months paycheck stubs and bank statements or proof of Social Security Benefits, for example). A State Issued photo ID for each applicant must also be submitted with each application. We will be conducting Credit Checks, Prior Eviction Checks and Criminal Background Checks on all applicants, and at least two personal referrals and past landlord referrals are required.
