I have for rent our beautiful home in the heart of Des Moines. This house has been completely refreshed with a brand new kitchen, receiving brand new cabinets, countertops, appliances and backsplash. In the rest of the house we see brand new light fixtures, vanities, new floors, and fresh paint. This house is beautiful and move in ready. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper level with one bathroom and one bedroom and another bathroom on the main level. There is a huge living room for family time which is appealing as well. The front of the house has been fenced in to give some privacy as well. Tenants must have 600+ credit score, proof of income showing 3:1 income to rent. No felons, no evictions or bankruptcies. Pets are $150 deposit and $50 a month per pet. All pets subject to approval. Renter is responsible for all utilities as well as upkeeping the property. Tenant responsible for cutting the grass and removing the snow. Landlord does not provide laundry machines, just hookups.
