The gas stove and refrigerator stay with the home. There is an unfinished basement with washer/dryer hookups as well. This home has vinyl plank flooring throughout the main level with carpeted stairs and upper level. Off-street parking available with a fully fenced front/back yard. PLEASE NOTE - THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL AC. Window air conditioning would need to be provided and installed by the new resident if desired. Residents pay all utilities and are responsible for lawn care and snow removal entirely.
