Pets considered on pet-by-pet basis with one-time non refundable pet deposit. No smoking allowed inside premises. Renter is responsible for all utilities and keeping yard cut and maintained. Pets are considered on individual basis, for example number of pets/large breed dogs or male cats with proof of neutering. This will require a $175 non-refundable pet cleaning fee to be paid at lease signing. Dishwasher and stove provided but you must provide own refrigerator, w/d, microwave.
