A discounted rent of $1,500.00 is offered if payment is made before 11:59pm on the 1st day of the month. Rent paid between the 2nd day of the month and the end of the 5th day of the month is no longer discounted; making the rent amount $1,550.00. Deposit as long as credit is good is $1,550.00. Required gross income and this may be combined gross income is $1,320.00 per week or $2,640.00 bi-weekly or $4,950.00 monthly or $59,400.00 annually.
