Had a connected 2 car garage. Big kitchen with lots of kitchen cabinet storage. Dishwasher, fridge and oven. Large living room, dining room and connected relaxation room. Main level has the master bed and bath. Has heated flooring, upstairs is second bedroom with extra storage space. Outside comes with back yard deck, playhouse with slide and sand box. Fire pit and walking paths in the woods behind the house. Brand new carpet in living room and all bedrooms! Renters will need to switch utilities, propane and internet into their own accounts. Typically runs $300 per month. Propane tank typically gets filled once every 2/3 months. $300/500 to fill depends on usage. No pets please. No smoking in the house or garage. Renters are required to cut grass and weed eat. If you do not wish to cut grass and weed eat a $300 monthly fee would be added. I can provide those services. We are willing to discuss renting length term.
