Monitoring of the unit is for both our safety and yours. We DO use decibel sensors, smart doorbells, and smart sensors to detect tobacco and/or marijuana. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. If something breaks or a stain is done by accident on the furniture, notify us immediately so housekeepers can be equipped to fix the issue after you've departed.
