Monthly rentals available between November 2023 - May 2024. Advertised rate is only applicable for stays of 60 days or more which is the required minimum length of stay and stay must be within date range above. Interior features include a full-sized kitchen, new floors and furniture, laundry closet, and a primary suite with a beautiful walk-in closet. After a long day at the beach, relax and unwind on the cozy deck and enjoy watching the sunset. 10% of proceeds will be donated to North Carolina Coastal Federation to keep our North Carolina beaches clean! Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa. Parking: Unassigned parking on site for 2 vehicles with parking pass. Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable fee of $400 per pet. Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
