The Little House does not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat in Cook's Corner (15 min away). Come enjoy a peaceful winter by the sea! Current Availability: November 1st through May 12th (no exceptions, this is not a year-round rental, winter rental only) Rent: $1750/month including utilities Deposit: We collect first and last month's rent, as well as a security deposit (equal to one month's rent).
