This home comes fully furnished and is available for a mid term lease for 1 to 4 months between January 1st 2024 and April 2024. All utilities are covered in the rental price. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a fenced-in backyard and accepts dogs. The house is centrally located, close to I-40, UNCW, the airport, downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. The pool is covered and not available for use during the cold months. No smoking allowed indoors. Rent payment covers Spectrum cable and high speed internet, trash, power ($200 limit), water ($150 limit), and lawn maintenance. Up to 2 dogs allowed, no cats. Will collect one month's rent as a security deposit up front that is refundable at the end of the lease if there are no damages. Can be flexible with rental terms. Home will return to the short-term market after April 30th, but tenant could extend, if needed, at a higher rate.
