When leaving, push the Lock button at the top of the key pad to Lock the door. 3. Renting Tenants must inform Landlord 30 days in advance of when you would be moving out. Any Damages to the property will be paid from the deposit made by the tenant. If the damages exceed the deposit, the tenant is responsible for paying the remainder of the amount for the damages. 4. Renter pays Water and Electric( No Gas). No Smoking allowed inside of the house. Pets will be considered by a case by case basis. Property is listed at 6 months but can be extended to a 9 or 12 month Lease agreement. Maintenance is a top priority; therefore, if there is any issues with Water, HVAC, Electrical, please message the owner of the property ASAP. 5. Pets They are allowed but their is a $300 non refundable charge.
