There is a front and back porch area. Inside Find a recently renovated large kitchen, a dining room, living room, bedroom with half bath all on the main floor. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a full bath. You'll find unique details including leaded glass and an original carved front door. Basic kitchen items, bedding, and towels are provided. Prospective tenants must be vetted and verified in order to stay as a guest. We require a rental agreement to be signed prior to the stay. All utilities and wifi are included. The home is fully furnished and stocked for guests. The minimum stay is 1 month (30 nights) with the possibility for guests to extend the stay or stay for multiple months. Pets considered for additional fees. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. All basic utilities are included.
