The rental is for 6 months December-June (slightly flexible) with a possibility for an extension. The renter must occupy the house. No student housing. No subleasing in any way. The renter shall be responsible for electricity, cable/wifi and heating oil. No smoking inside the house. Maximum number of occupants is up to 6 adults. The renter shall be responsible for keeping the driveway, pathways, and deck clear from leaves and snow. The renter will be responsible for bringing trash bins to Bellevue Road for collection on designated days. Rentals shall not be permitted to be used for any commercial use or commercial event space. Please remove your shoes when in the house. Audio outside must be kept at conversational levels. No amplified sound outside after 7 pm. No fires in the wood-burning stove inside the house unless approved by the owner. Renters shall be responsible for all damages. The owner will have periodic access to the house and property for maintenance including the use of the basement den/storage room. Maximum cars in driveway/garage 4. Do not park on the grass or road. Only in the driveway or garage. The maximum number of persons on the property at any given time is 8. Please no gatherings with more than 8 people including house occupants unless pre-approved with the owner.
