Pay the nonrefundable application fee ($50.00 per adult we only accept cash & certified funds), fill it out, & turn in the information needed. We will need a copy of your credit score & the three most recent paystubs. 2. Schedule an appointment to view the home. 3. If approved and your credit score is below 600 you must pay a security deposit, first month's rent, & last month's rent. If approved and your credit score is above 600 you must pay a security deposit & first month's rent. The security deposit is $1,200.00. -Owner will not allow any pets. -Yard must be maintained every month or owner will charge the tenant a fee of $150.00 to have someone maintain the yard monthly. -The home will be inspected every 3 months by the property manager.
