The last tenant here stayed 19 years. They never let me upgrade it, didn't want the mess. So, when they left, I gutted it and rebuilt the insides completely. New hardwood floors, new windows, furnace, kitchen and bathrooms. It is practically a new house. Everything is done to make it modern and aesthetically pleasing. It is a couple blocks to Cookman, the train, shops and everything you could need. If you have any questions let me know. these are early photos, more added as I finish. Renter is responsible to all utilities. It is also part of the rental agreement that the yard is maintained including snow removal.
