Outside, enjoy the appeal of charming wood shutters, a brick patio, and a spacious backyard. On-street parking is available. The unfurnished home rents for $1400 per month. Should the tenant(s) choose the furnished home (as shown in the pictures), the monthly rent is $1500. Pet-friendly policy. Pet fees: $30/pet/month. Utilities are not included. The tenant(s) pay gas, electricity, water, trash, snow removal and lawn care. We have a minimum 650+ credit score requirement from either you or a cosigner.
