This home is FURNISHED to accommodate those who need a home like feel and a flexible space to work from. One bedroom is fitted with black out curtains and a queen bed while the larger room is furnished to be an office and flex space with reading nook, large windows for natural light and high speed internet. The living space is carefully detailed with art from local artists, smart tv, dining area and a plush couch. w/d included in the basement. This home was set up for travelling professionals, those in need of a mid term stay, or those who just prefer to have a furnished place. Utilities are taken care of by the owner and the guests will just need to set trash out on the day of pick up. The lease terms can range anywhere from 1-6 months with flexibility to extend at lease end if desired. Monthly cleanings will be detailed in the lease at a monthly cleaning fee rate (similar to that of air bnb). Pets allowed on case by case basis due to allergy prevention.
