Located in a quiet setting very close to dining & stores and Lake Toxaway, and only 20 minutes from Brevard. (The home is near the intersection of US 64 and Kim Miller Road) The kitchen is fully stocked with any cookware you'll need to prepare delicious meals. Going the other direction, it takes 20 minutes to get to Brevard, or an hour to Asheville. For those unfamiliar with the area, this is the "land of the waterfalls," with dozens of hikes and trails to magnificent views and waterfalls even within a 30 minute drive of the cabin! All utilities included (electric, water, internet). Monthly cleanings required and included in price. Smoking (including vaping) and drug use are prohibited. Pets allowed on a case-by-case basis with additional security deposit and required biweekly cleaning for additional $100/mo; please inquire with info about your pet. Payment in advance for the first month plus the full refundable security deposit is required. Guests must pass a credit and background check - credit score of at least 650 required. Must also sign short term lease - terms less than 90 days will incur hospitality/ accommodation tax as required by law.
