All freshly painted and New Samsung microwave oven and has lots of cabinet space for a small house. Nice house for a single person are Mother with a small child or a couple. Has a doggie door for small dog in the back door. I have it sprayed quarterly by Bill Clark for roaches. This is a move in ready house Very nice and clean! Need to have 2 years prior rental history. Only 1 small dog allowed under 10 lbs. $300 per deposit. Non refundable. You pay water and electric and keep the yard mowed. Non smoking house plenty of covered space outside for smokers.
