Our house has 4-bedrooms available total, a living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 dining area. - Master bedroom: 1 king size bed - 2nd bedroom: 2 single beds - 3rd bedroom: 2 single beds - 4th bedroom/ game room: 3 single bed, 1 foldable single bed, arcade machine, shuffleboard table, counter height bar table and chair, sofa. The extra folding bed was left in the closets. You can put them anywhere in the house for your needs. All the beds are memory foam mattress. We have quilt blankets. We also put some extra comforters in master closet for your needs. Kitchen has microwave, oven, refrigerator, kitchenware, dishwasher. We have pots, pans and all the dishware enough to cook some basic meals. You can use washer and dryer located in the mud room. All utility bills are included. Cleaning fee, yard, pool and hot tub maintenance fees are included.
