We are renting our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Point Breeze near 24th and Reed! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, soft close cabinets, undercabinet lights, etc.! The basement is finished and has a full bathroom - this could be used as a fourth bedroom if you don't mind not having a door. The second floor has two bedrooms, laundry, and one full bath. The third floor has a full walk in closet, huge master suite, rainhead shower and floating vanity. House has hardwood floors and a washer dryer in the unit. The house has a large roof deck and small fenced in backyard patio! Available October 15, 2023 Pets are OK! We require a nonrefundable $500 pet fee (to cover the extra costs for insurance) for each dog (cats are $250). Street parking is usually available right on Reed Street. Owner pays for water. Tenants pay for gas, electric, cable/internet. House is wired for FIOS.
