For guests staying a shorter period, rent can be priced to include utilities. Short term lease on a comfortably and fully furnished 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home with 2 car garage, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, large bonus room, hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs, and deck leading out to a garden and large yard. Just a short walk to trendy downtown Wake Forest with breweries, coffee shops, a wine bar and great restaurants! Adjacent to walking trails and bike paths and a quick drive to Falls Lake -tons of recreation areas, shopping, dining and amenities minutes away. Only 30 minutes to RDU Airport and 30 minutes to downtown Raleigh. Room configuration: Ensuite primary bedroom with queen bed and 2 walk-in closets, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 2 twin beds each and close proximity to hall bath. FOR THOSE RELOCATING: there is generous storage space for furniture, etc., in the bonus room. The ample street parking in front of the home allows the 2 car garage to be used as storage and the driveway can hold 1 - 2 storage pods. 3 month minimum lease with month-to-month option available for subsequent months. Lawn maintenance and basic internet included in rent. Bi-monthly housekeeping can be added to the contract for extra cost. No smoking Renters pay utilities. Renters will have carpets professionally cleaned upon move-out. There is a $350 cleaning fee.
