This is a two-story duplex with available 2 bedroom/1Bath apartment on the ground level. Private entry to each apartment from a shared porch off of the yard and parking area. Parking for up to 4 cars adjacent to the rear yard. Each unit has independent heating with the ground level unit having propane heat. Located near SR 103 and SR 236 with easy access within minutes to Kittery, Eliot, South Berwick, Berwick, and North Berwick as well as I-95. Great box garden next to the porch for growing your favorite summer veggies! Pets are allowed - extra deposit applies. A 12-month lease is standard. You may go by the duplex, however, the apartments are occupied. The current tenant is moving out the end of September. We ask that you not disturb them. The owner provides water/septic, snow removal from the drive, and lawn mowing. Pets are allowed IF approved by the owner in advance - there is a separate refundable deposit. Parking for owners next to the home. An additional refundable pet deposit of $500.00 per pet (limit 2) will apply in addition to the security deposit. NO SMOKING OR VAPING IS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT OR ON THE GROUNDS AT ANY TIME. There is a 12-month lease standard. One month's deposit and the first full month (and any pro-rated rent) are due prior to moving in and on or before the first of each month thereafter. One parking space is provided with each apartment, and a total of four spots including guest parking are adjacent to the house. Tenants are responsible to replace all lightbulbs (inside and out). You are expected to understand and utilize the rubbish bins and septic systems as designed. Owner pays for snow removal of parking areas and lawn mowing.
