We have just finished updating an adorable 3BR, 1BA home within very easy walking distance to downtown Mebane. Previously we lived here. Now we're looking for respectful, long term folks to look after it--we in turn will look after you! *Move in ready *Pet friendly - 2 pet limit - Breed restrictions apply - our insurance dictates no pit bulls, rottweilers, or akitas. *Laundry hookups *Fully renovated, eat in kitchen with stove, fridge, and DW. Granite countertops. *Central ac and heat *Gorgeous hardwood floors in BRs and living areas, and tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom *Huge screened porch out back / fenced in backyard / front porch / covered car port *Shed in back with electricity. All people over the age of 18 who will be living in the home are adult applicants. All utilities will need to be turned on in your name and proof of this will need to be shown before you receive keys. We will cover the lawn care outside the fence. You will be responsible for maintaining the fenced in backyard. We may be able to store a mower on site for you to use--ask us if you are interested.
