We're heading south this winter so our 3-bedroom house in Maple Corner is available from Dec 10 until April 16. Rent includes high speed internet/wifi, house cleaner once a month, phone, cable tv, trash pickup and plowing, but doesn't include heat or electricity (which isn't much because we have solar panels). You can use the oil heat but we typically use the wood pellet stove ($8.91 per bag and we use about one bag per day in the coldest months). Great location. Just across the road from skating and fishing on Curtis Pond. Next to the Maple Corner Community Store and the Whammy Bar. Plenty of walking, cross country ski, and VAST trails right outside our door. We're looking for one tenant for the full term. Lease is from Dec 10, 2023 until April 16, 2024. Rent pro-rated for Dec and April. No smoking, no pets. $1000 non-refundable deposit due upon agreement (goes towards last month's rent). $1500 non-refundable deposit due by Nov 30, 2023 (goes towards first month's rent). $1500 security deposit due by Dec 10, 2023. There is a 20 foot walkway from the garage to the front door that needs to be shoveled. If you can't do that, we need to know so we can hire someone to do it (at your expense). There are two parking spaces for you. One in the garage and another in the driveway.
