Cuddle-in on the large, cozy couch to instantly relax or enjoy cooking using the brand new appliances in the kitchen. Everyone can fit around the dining table for a quiet meal or a fun game night. Retreat to any one of three bedrooms for a comfortable night's sleep. Each room has ample closet space for storage and the third bedroom features a desk for those needing a private workspace. A full bathroom and laundry area with new washer/dryer round out the space for all your essentials while new windows & HVAC systems keep the home comfortable. - The whole home is yours for your stay! - Keyless self check-in - Vehicles can be parked in the front of the home on the right side (left side is for studio). There is one locked closet & attic space in the home that are for the owner's access only. Please note that the studio behind the home is separately rented. There are no shared walls. Each unit has its own HVAC, water heater, electricity & parking. The only shared space is the yard. Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24-7. - Well behaved pets are welcome. Please view & agree to the pet policies before booking. - The home has central air (heat pump) however in the height of summer heat & humidity, guests cannot expect the inside temperature to get more than 20 degrees (Fahrenheit) below the outside temperature. We ask guests to not set the thermostat below 70F for efficient AC usage. - Guests staying for 7 days or longer will be asked to take trash & recycling bins to street on pick up days. - There are exterior security cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. - We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper & paper towels. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay.
