Substance and drama free renters welcome, land loving, cooperative and collaborative folks wanting to steward land and grow food and tend spaces lovingly preferred. Dogs a maybe, cats a firm no. This is a communal space in that there are many spaces all residents use so a certain level of communication and collaboration is necessary while privacy and personal space are respected.
