The property is at the end of a short street on Scott's Creek. Very quiet and private neighborhood with excellent neighbors we call friends. Over 50% of the yard is bordered by water, there's a detached garage, storage shed, and private dock where I currently have my sailboat (may be sold soon). The house was built in 1940 but has been fully renovated and is comfortable with 3 full bathrooms/bedrooms. We bought the house with the intention of staying there for several years but our work situation changed, so we had to move to Newport News. A room is also listed on Airbnb and Furnished Finder, we can do short term-long term. Flexible on the pet policy but will require a deposit and at our discretion (no pot belly pigs, bears, flocks of seagulls, etc). Smoking is permitted outdoors. Parking is carport/open air and there's space for a trailer/camper plus multiple cars. Garage is kind of wonky, best used for storage and motorcycle parking.
