We can send you an application upon request or you can pick one up at our office. LEASE LENGTH: Leases are month-to-month. DEPOSIT: The deposit is the same as one month's rent. When you sign the lease you pay the deposit, When you move in you pay one full month's rent. The second month you are here rent is prorated based on the prior month. PET RESTRICTIONS (summarized) If you have a pet there is a one time $200 payment and it adds another $20 to the monthly rent. We only allow a MAXIMUM OF ONE DOG per household with a maximum of two pets. (ex. 1 dog + 1 cat or 2 cats). Dogs cannot be much more than 100lbs at maturity or aggressive. Cats must be declawed. RESTRICTIONS: we do not allow more than 2 adults per household INCOME REQUIREMENTS (summarized, different situations will be taken into account but I am trying to keep this brief) If you are currently working, in order to take your income into account you must have worked at your current job for at least 6 months OR have worked somewhere else for at least a year and are past your current probationary period. We will also accept documentation of any consistent monthly income such as pension, social security, retirement ect.
