This furnished NW Bend house is on a 2.5 acre wooded lot next to Deschutes National Forest with views of the Cascades from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and primary bedroom. It is located one mile from Shevlin Park, five miles from downtown, and 30 minutes to Mt Bachelor. A neighborhood trail leads to the Shevlin Park trail system (which has connections to the Phil's Trail system). The primary bedroom is upstairs with an attached bathroom with separate shower and tub. There are two bedrooms on the main floor with a bathroom next to one of the rooms. The upstairs also has a loft living area in addition to the downstairs living space. There is a large partially covered deck facing west for sunsets over the mountains. And if you are an early riser you can enjoy sunrise from the front deck. Tenant pays electricity. Owner pays water, garbage, and internet. Six months to one year lease (might consider shorter). All tenants must be on lease. The deposit is NOT the last months rent. It is refundable minus the last months electric bill. No pets. No smoking of anything inside the house. Plenty of parking. Use of a lockable shed.
