There is a small freezer and refrigerator available in that bay for excess perishables. Payment is due on the 1st of every month in full. metal outside sotrgae shed is for owner storage as well as 2 garage bays and should not be accessed for any reason. Patio fireplace ( propane) and wood burning firepit are available however fuel and wood replacement are the responsibility of the tenant. Hot tub is available as for relaxation purposes as well as maintenance chemicals but chemical consumption / replacement is the responsibility of the tenant.
