You share all snow removal and all lawn care with upstairs tenant. Looking for long term tenants who doesn't move every couple of years. Must have Verifiable landlord references. All adults must do the credit and Backgound check through Zillow before showings are made. Credit should be at least 580 with no bankruptcies or un paid gas or electric bills over $500. Please no evictions or broken unpaid leases. Just because they didn't show up on credit report doesn't mean you were not evicted. Please don't waste your time. Minimum 1 1/2 years lease. You will not be allowed to drill holes in unit or hang TV's. Prefer non smokers.
