Minimum of 30 days, but flexible any amount over that Home is only available through February 28, 2024. Zillow application with background check and proof of income - it only costs $29.99 and can be used for any Zillow property, not just mine, for 30 days. Landlord pays all utilities, including high speed internet with download speeds over 300 mbps All lawn care paid by landlord - I will give advanced notice when mowing will take place. No lawn care during months of November through February because grass doesn't start growing again until April and no leaves will be falling on the home. Monthly rent - $2,850 $175 monthly electricity cap - tenant pays amount over this. $75 monthly water/trash/sewer cap - tenant pays amount over this. Going over either of these amounts would be extremly high for the house - happy to provide records showing this - this is not to make money off of you, just to protect myself from a $500 electric bill. Security Deposit - $2,850 (will be completely refunded within 5 days after lease ending to renter as long as house has no damage). Any damage would be photographed and discussed with renter. No approval of pets needed or extra fees. Renter agrees to no pet damage by putting down the security deposit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside - no problem if you want to smoke outside and dispose of waste in the trash No parties - regular working families live next door I will respond right away to any house issues and have them fixed for you!
