No vaping or smoking and we do not believe you will only do it outside. Pets allowed if treated like member of the family. Country animals allowed on case by case permission. Water/septic included in rent. Electric, trash, Spectrum internet and Propane tank filling, expense of tenant. Tenant responsible for lawn maintenance. NO Smoking or Vaping we have had too much trouble with this so no exceptions. Pets can be of most any size just must be cared for like a member of the family. There is room on the property for other animals with proper fencing at renters expense. All animals must be preapproved by the landlord before they are brought to the property. We are looking for a long term renter only. One year minimum but most of our tenants stay for years. All who apply must be able to come to the property and see it for themselves and meet with us. We are not property managers but owners who you will be dealing with as landlords. No application fees.
