The less than 10 year old cabin has carefree vinyl floors throughout, white washed wood interior and is set off a private road on 16 acres of pasture and woods for exploring. The big circular drive takes you to the cabin with front and back porches. Two bedroom, two full bathrooms with a den that could be used as another bedroom. The open floor plan has large kitchen dining and living room with lots of windows. Kitchen has large pantry, island with pot rack above, and lots of cabinets . Both bathrooms include walk-in showers and one includes safety bars. Pole barn, out houses, lawn care, livestock and pets available for additional fee. The home has access to garbage pick up, high speed internet, cable, public water and septic. RV hookup on side of cabin. Appliances include electric stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer and split units for AC and heat. Fully furnished with utilities included (up to $300mo). Minimum of 6 month lease with first and deposit at time of signing. All utilities responsibility of renter unless agreed to include in lease. No smoking in home. Maximum of 5 renters. Maximum of 2 dogs with approval and pet deposit. Up to four horses allowed within fenced area only. Cows will be considered with additional fee. Renter will be responsible for any repairs up to $1000.
