For rent is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath home with small, easy to maintain backyard, one car garage and beautiful kitchen. This home is on our property. We are looking for a CLEAN and quiet person. We need someone that will be quiet. We live on a VERY small street with 5 other homes and it is important that the renter is respectful of the home owners surrounding the home. Application must be submitted to be considered, and preference will be given to thorough applications with valid references and great credit.
