The home is a two story log cabin. The cabin has two decks, upper and lower that spans the entire front of the home. Second floor consists entirely of the master bedroom, which has a jacuzzi tub inside as well as a stacked stone wood burning fireplace. The bedroom also has a small area which can be used for a desk or very small home office. The full bath is just off the master bedroom. The first floor consists of a living, dining room combination area and the kitchen. There is also a half bath on first floor. The living room also has a stacked stone wood burning fireplace and double glass doors leading out to a deck. The cabin does have washer and drier hookups but tenant has to bring their own washer and dryer. Plenty of off street parking and area for an outdoor fire pit and chairs. The cabin is located in Sky Harbor, a very nice area just between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park. Three miles from the home and you're in town. Sky Harbor has an association which maintains common areas, roads, etc. Landlord pays the association fees. Owner/landlord lives in Sevierville so the tenant has immediate contact/response. No smoking inside the home. No pets allowed. Security deposit and last month required. Tenant pays all utilities. No water bill, the home is on well water. High speed internet is available in the area via Spectrum. This property will be rented to someone that will occupy the home. We will NOT rent to anyone interested in subletting or overnight renting on Airbnb or VRBO.
