I'm having a hard time considering listing this one because every time I walk through it I'm just that much more tempted to move myself in there. It has everything that I want. Three decent size bedrooms with a master suite with a Jill and Jack sink. A powder room bathroom. A massive garage with an offshoot room great for projects or an indoor art studio or even just general storage. A large backyard. A paved side yard where if you wanted to park your 1978 Camaro or that Chevelle you keep telling yourself you'll eventually restore that you have space for it. A solid solid storage shed that can be either a he shed or she shed or potentially an emergency residence for unwanted inlaws that can't take a hint "I'll see you at Christmas Tom!" Whatever you fancy it's ready! The most importantly a large kitchen perfect for preparing the big meal. And a vaulted ceiling in the living room. The Rock fixtures alone in the front yard have me eight shades of Happy! The house also has a full laundry room with a sink.... Seriously. Why don't I just move in myself.... tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn Care.
