We have Cozy FULLY furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Cottage for rent located in Johnson City, TN. Rent is $1,300 a month. This unit consists of an open floor plan living/dining/kitchen, with 2 bedrooms, a den, and 2 full baths with a washer and dryer. This cottage is very close to the downtown Johnson City area, near ETSU and the Johnson City Med center. No smoking and no animals. We do not accept Section 8 or rental assistance. Anyone over the age of 18 in the home would be required to complete an application with us. There is a background check for each tenant with a fee of $32.95. Tenant is responsible for this fee. Applicant must provide proof of income of at least $3500 a month, after taxes. Rental references required. If approved, we do require 1st month rent, last month rent, and security deposit up front when lease is signed ($3000 total.) There is a one year lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance.
