This townhome is wonderful. Excellent location, at the end of a quiet one lane road close to all conveniences and only .3 miles (walking distance) from Whitworth with public transportation very close. The home is completely updated and remodeled. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms with a full bath, new toilet and double sink vanity, new carpet in the bedrooms and new vinyl in the bathroom. Main floor has a large living space with new electric fireplace. The kitchen has great workspace with new countertops, sink, faucet and refrigerator and large dining area. The utility room has a new utility sink, a washer and dryer with good storage and a 1/2 bath with new toilet, sink, faucet and countertop. New flooring, molding and doors refinished throughout the house. The l lower level has a large living space with a nice bedroom, large above ground window, and new adjoining bathroom. There is also a mechanical room with lots of additional storage. This home is bright, clean and cozy! I have spent a lot of time here working over the summer and I love it. We have chosen not to have a property management company so your concerns are met quickly. We will work with you to make sure your new home is well maintained and your needs are met quickly. We want this home to be a blessing to all involved. Owner pays garbage and water along with lawn care in the spring and summer. Tenant is responsible for any internet or cable, electricity and winter snow removal. Maximum of 4 people. There is absolutely no smoking allowed of any kind. We have put a lot of work into our/your home and wish for you to treat it as such. We will be responsive and want to make sure you are in communication with us about any issues or concerns. We have chosen not to have a property mgmt. company for this reason. Pets will be accepted by approval and with an additional $300 deposit along with $25 per month fee, no more than 2 and a maximum weight of 30 lbs. All people living in the home will have to run through the same application process with personal background and credit check. We will not accept a reusable tenant screening report. If you want to add another person living here, after you have moved in, they too must go through the same application process and sign the lease also. This is to protect everyone. Denial of application criteria will be, financial capability of paying, conviction of crimes, personal referrals, previous rental and employment history. Students may have a cosigner. All tenants will be required to show proof of renters insurance. Credit score minimum of 700. Please contact us before you fill out an application avoid unnecessary fees. Tenants are required to maintain the home and make sure it is void of bedbugs and flees. Although this is not usually a concern here in the NW we want to make sure the house is clean. Owners will supply biannual pest control unless requested not to. Parking is limited to your area and not to impede the coming and going of neighbors. This is a very quiet street and we expect the same from you. I really don't want calls from neighbors. That being said, it is an amazing location because it is so quiet and the neighbors are great! It is just off Whitworth Drive and would be an excellent location for an undergrad or grad student. If you have come to party I would say this is not the home for you. We will accept a shorter lease because we are out of sync with the school year.
