There is a carport and driveway for parking. The home is available on a short-term basis (minimum 3 month lease) and also long-term. The security deposit for short-term is $1000 and for long-term leases it is $3000. We provide all utilities, cable TV, WiFi internet, lawncare, and landscaping. Tenant needs to notify as soon as possible regarding maintenance issues. Tenant is require to change air filter once per month - Landlord provides the air filters.
